About the role

Market Me is seeking a creative and organised Social Media Coordinator to join its Digital team. The role involves turning content plans into engaging posts, managing community interactions, and monitoring performance across multiple client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, on‑brand captions and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages and mentions while maintaining each brand’s tone.
• Track daily content performance, flag significant trends and support the preparation of monthly reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging social media trends, formats and platform updates, and bring fresh ideas to planning sessions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, designers and copywriters to move content from brief to execution, using project‑management tools to keep work organised.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends.
• Excellent writing skills with meticulous attention to grammar, spelling and detail.
• Creative mindset with genuine interest in social media and digital culture.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts, tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive communicator who can receive feedback and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced agency environment.
