Marketing Officer – Northern & Central Jamaica

About the role

Apex Radiology is seeking two Marketing Officers to implement the annual marketing strategy across Northern and Central Jamaica. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with referring physicians, driving new partner acquisition, and enhancing the patient referral experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of referring physician partners through regular meetings and tailored solutions.
• Gather and coordinate feedback from physicians and IPCL supervisors to improve patient experience and referral numbers.
• Propose and execute new marketing methods and campaigns to meet referral targets.
• Acquire new referring partners according to set targets.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including social media coordination.
• Represent the company at conferences and sponsored events, managing the booth as needed.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and respond proactively.
• Produce monthly activity reports for analysis.
• Distribute marketing materials such as leaflets and posters.
• Perform any other duties assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and creative problem‑solving ability.
• Self‑initiative, flexibility, and willingness to travel across Northern Jamaica.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Knowledge of the medical industry is an asset.
• Team player who supports overall marketing activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
