Membership Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Membership Sales Representative to promote and sell club memberships to individuals and businesses. You will be the face of the club, helping prospects understand the exclusive benefits and driving growth of our membership base.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships through in‑person meetings, outbound calls, emails and events across assigned territories, including secondary cities.
• Engage prospects, assess their needs, explain membership benefits and address questions.
• Generate leads via networking, referrals, cold calling and other lead‑generation tactics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members to encourage loyalty and retention.
• Prepare regular sales reports, activity calendars and expense reports to track progress against targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, member interactions and leads in the club’s CRM system.
• Represent the club at trade shows, community fairs and promotional events to attract new members.
• Expand professional networks by attending industry events and joining business associations.

Required profile

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a sales position.
• At least two (2) years of university studies in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; a degree is preferred.
• Reliable motor vehicle for on‑the‑road activities.

Required skills

• Proven track record of sales success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
