About the role

Amazon is seeking a Multi‑Site EHS Manager III to lead its Global Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) program across multiple locations. The role blends operational leadership with safety expertise to protect employees and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary safety facilitator for assigned sites, implementing the Global WHS Program.
• Partner with Operations leadership to embed safety practices into daily workflows.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and translate safety data into actionable improvement plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of WHS professionals.
• Perform site audits, monitor compliance with WHS policies, and address non‑compliance issues.
• Oversee record‑keeping, workplace organization, and WHS training programs.
• Maintain emergency response readiness and support incident management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of progressive responsibility in EHS or environmental programs within manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• Proven experience leading safety initiatives at scale.
