Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (EHS) Analyst to lead incident investigations, ensure compliance with legislation and corporate standards, and drive continuous improvement across our storage, distribution and value‑added services operations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate incidents, accidents, near‑misses and unsafe conditions, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental legislation, corporate standards and customer requirements.
• Prepare, analyse and present EHS key performance indicators such as accident rates, safety observations, inspections and training metrics.
• Coordinate and deliver training programmes on health, safety, chemical handling, emergency response and personal protective equipment.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, manage internal, customer and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Keep Safety Data Sheets up to date, verify safe storage of chemicals and coordinate response to spills and environmental incidents.
• Monitor fire protection systems, emergency equipment, evacuation routes and ensure proper use of PPE by all personnel.
• Manage sustainability programmes including EcoVadis, SMETA, waste management, recycling and compliance with corporate environmental objectives.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives related to safety, environment, 5S housekeeping and preventive culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in occupational health, safety and environmental management.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, audits and incident investigations.
• Experience coordinating training and emergency response programmes.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent record‑keeping and documentation skills.
