About the role
The Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Analyst ensures a safe and compliant workplace by investigating incidents, monitoring legislation, and driving continuous improvement across health, safety and environmental domains.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate incidents, accidents, near‑misses and unsafe conditions, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental legislation, corporate standards and customer requirements.
- Prepare, analyse and present EHS KPIs such as accident rates, safety observations, inspections and training metrics.
- Coordinate and deliver training programmes on health, safety, chemical handling, emergency response and PPE use.
- Implement and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, including internal, customer and external audits.
- Manage Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensure GHS compliance for stored chemical products.
- Oversee fire protection, emergency equipment, evacuation routes and response plans.
- Maintain inventory of PPE, emergency response equipment and first‑aid supplies.
- Lead sustainability initiatives such as EcoVadis, SMETA, waste management and recycling programmes.
- Drive continuous improvement projects in safety, environment, housekeeping (5S) and preventive culture.
Required profile
- Proven experience in occupational health, safety and environmental risk assessment.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and GHS requirements.
- Ability to conduct audits, investigations and training sessions.
