Part-Time Training Assistant

About the role

Red Onyx Security Solution is seeking a Part‑Time Training Assistant to support the delivery of its specialised security training programmes. Based in Montego Bay, this hybrid position will help ensure training sessions run smoothly and participants receive clear, professional guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organise training materials, classroom set‑ups and equipment.
• Assist trainers during sessions, handling participant queries and logistical needs.
• Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate attendance and training records.
• Communicate essential information to participants before, during, and after each session.
• Support the overall administration of the training programme, including basic reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum five CXC/CSEC subjects, preferably including English Language.
• PSRA‑certified security officer or an equivalent recognised security qualification.
• 2–3 years experience in the private security industry, preferably with supervisory exposure.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, clean disciplinary record and demonstrable integrity.
• Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
