Payroll Services Associate III

About the role

Conduent is seeking a Payroll Services Associate III to perform tasks based on established procedures, using strong data organizing and coordination skills to support business and technical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client employee data for new hires, terminations, master file changes, and employee time through uploads to and from third‑party vendors.
• Research and respond to payroll questions and inquiries via the Case Management System.
• Perform peer‑check audits of all data files submitted to the vendor for processing.
• Compile and submit final payroll reporting and banking files to the client.
• Perform other duties as assigned while complying with all policies and standards.

Required profile

• Developed proficiency in analytical or operational processes and ability to complete atypical assignments.
• Works within established procedures, using discretion to adjust work practices when needed.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues and may provide guidance to junior team members.
• Provides solutions to atypical problems based on existing precedents.

Required skills

• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM.
• Strong data organization and coordination abilities.
