Public Relations Coordinator

About the role

Market Me is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Public Relations Coordinator to support day‑to‑day PR activities across a diverse client portfolio. This position offers hands‑on experience in media monitoring, campaign coordination, and event support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, deadlines, meetings and deliverables to keep PR campaigns on track.
• Prepare and organize press releases, media materials, briefing documents and client reports.
• Monitor print, online, broadcast and social media; compile coverage logs and summaries for client reporting.
• Maintain task statuses, trackers and shared folders using Asana and other digital workflow tools.
• Assist with media list management, outreach coordination, press events, launches and interviews.
• Collaborate with PR Officers, Senior PR Officers, the PR Team Lead and other departments such as Digital, Creative and Projects.

• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accurate, professional work.
• Interest in public relations, media, communications and current affairs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive communication, follow‑up and problem‑solving approach.
• Confidence working with documents, spreadsheets, presentations and digital workflow tools.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and develop PR and communications skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana for task and project management.
