Regional Service Leader

About the role

We are seeking a results‑oriented Regional Service Leader to oversee after‑sales service operations across Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago and Central America. You will act as the primary liaison between customers, distributors, technical teams and manufacturing plants, driving service quality, spare‑parts availability and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to distributor technicians in more than 15 countries, both remotely and on‑site.
• Monitor product failures, service trends and spare‑parts consumption to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage the regional spare‑parts sales budget and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Ensure proper documentation of product failures and service cases in the designated system.
• Analyze operational data and develop practical solutions to recurring technical and service issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing plants and cross‑functional teams to define and implement solutions.
• Conduct frequent customer visits and maintain strong relationships with distributors and regional partners.
• Represent the brand and after‑sales service function before key customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, mechatronics engineering or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in after‑sales service, technical support, field service or spare‑parts operations.
• Proven track record of working toward sales targets and measurable business objectives.
• Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple regional priorities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Caribbean and Central America.
