Relationship Manager – Personal Lines

About the role

The Personal Lines Department at BCMG Insurance Brokers Limited is looking for a proactive Relationship Manager to drive the sale and service of insurance products. You will manage a profitable book of personal lines business while acting as the main point of contact for customers and underwriters.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell personal lines insurance products to existing and prospective customers.
• Negotiate policy terms and conditions with underwriters.
• Provide ongoing service and support to maintain a profitable portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Registration with the Financial Services Commission for all classes of insurance business.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar insurance sales or relationship role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
