Remote Project Manager for Marketing Campaigns

PTS Marketing Agency is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead execution across multiple client marketing campaigns. The role focuses on aligning people, priorities, and timelines to move campaigns from strategy to results without friction.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project execution for assigned client pods, coordinating paid ads, creative, and sales functions.
• Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables, running weekly team check‑ins and milestone tracking.
• Identify blockers early, take corrective action, and ensure all work aligns with client goals and agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate updates in project management tools and trackers, and communicate status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Uphold SOPs, quality standards, and internal delivery processes to support client retention and revenue performance.
