Key responsibilities

• Contact warm leads provided by the company via phone and email.
• Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through the enrollment process.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow‑up after enrollment.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and a professional phone presence.
• Self‑motivated with a strong drive to earn commissions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace.
• Availability to work between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
