Remote Solar Ambassador (Jamaica)

About the role

Join New York Solar Program as a Remote Solar Ambassador based in Jamaica. You will use your communication and sales expertise to educate homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar energy with no upfront costs, helping them take advantage of government incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to homeowners in prime solar areas, building rapport and setting or rescheduling appointments.
• Educate prospects on the financial and environmental advantages of installing solar now.
• Manage customer information in the CRM, provide excellent customer service, and utilise sales resources.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written English (C1 level) and residence in Jamaica.
• Teachability and willingness to apply training methods.
• Strong motivation for incentive‑based earnings and a professional, outgoing personality.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently within a team.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, computer, headset, and flexible availability Monday‑Friday (optional 2‑hour Saturday shift).
• Genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
