Sales Development Representative – Construction Tech (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to support a Construction Tech client. The SDR will work full‑time during U.S. business hours, focusing on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling and email outreach.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the client’s sales team.
• Manage outreach tools and CRM systems to track activity and pipeline.
• Maintain a consistent, professional standard of communication with prospects.
• Follow up diligently to maximize appointment conversion.
• Represent the client’s brand with professionalism, energy, and organization.

Required profile

• Bilingual or near‑perfect English proficiency with clear accent and professional fluency.
• Proven experience as an SDR, preferably in B2B, marketing, or technology agencies.
• Stable, reliable work history indicating a long‑term, low‑turnover fit.
• Comfortable working full‑time within U.S. EST/PST business hours.
• Strong organizational skills and consistency in outreach execution.
