Sales Development Representative

About the role

This position is a high‑volume Sales Development Representative for a fast‑growing Series A PropTech company. You will work with an established outbound sales infrastructure to generate qualified discovery meetings with property managers and real‑estate owners.

Key responsibilities

• Make 120‑140 outbound calls per day using a parallel dialer.
• Enroll prospects into pre‑built HubSpot email sequences.
• Book 20‑25 qualified discovery meetings each month with decision‑makers at property management firms.
• Confirm meeting attendance and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives.
• Review recorded calls and apply real‑time feedback from AI‑powered coaching tools.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on messaging and conversion optimization.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of outbound sales experience with a proven record of meeting KPIs.
• Strong English communication skills with a neutral or easily understood accent.
• Experience making high‑volume cold calls (120+ calls per day).
• Demonstrated ability to consistently book qualified meetings.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
• Self‑starter who thrives with clear structure and coaching.
