Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to expand enrollment in our professional leadership development programmes. This hybrid role combines business development, relationship building and independent pipeline management to generate new corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with HR professionals, managers and decision‑makers.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through enrollment.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and convert opportunities into participants.
• Maintain disciplined follow‑up and achieve enrollment targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow‑through.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Experience in B2B, professional services, training, education, consulting, recruitment or financial services sales is an advantage.
