Sales Executive

About the role

Join Celebration Brands Limited, the leading sales and distribution company for beverages in Jamaica, as a Sales Executive. You will support the execution of channel‑specific activities and help achieve distribution and volume targets for Pepsi‑Jamaica and Red Stripe portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned customers and conduct visits according to the Journey Plan.
• Meet sales targets and ensure annual operating plan cost‑per‑case objectives are achieved.
• Maintain revenue management guidelines and build strong relationships with mid‑to‑top management stakeholders.
• Implement business strategies and sales drivers for Pepsi‑Jamaica and Red Stripe.
• Oversee customer purchase order fulfillment and coordinate with purchasing staff.
• Handle monthly finance A/R collections and aged debt.
• Execute promotional programs and collaborate with distribution centre teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum two years experience in a commercial role, preferably field sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail and strong customer service.
• Progressive leadership experience.
• Own or have reliable motor vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
