Sales Executive – Technology Consulting

About the role

Klazin Future Technology is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive growth of its IT consulting services. The role focuses on developing sales and marketing strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, providing product and service information.
• Implement and manage sales promotions via social media, email and other channels.
• Handle customer queries and complaints, referring to appropriate resources when needed.
• Identify new business prospects, evaluate their market position and grow sales.
• Research and analyze sales options and assist in preparing promotional presentations.
• Maintain confidential customer files and take minutes of sales team meetings.
• Administer customer surveys, schedule and coordinate customer visits and deliveries.
• Follow up on collections and support regional delivery logistics.
• Participate in monthly Sales & R&D meetings and prepare weekly reports for the CEO.
• Perform any other duties assigned in line with the role.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Business or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, maintain accurate records and make sound decisions.
