Sales Lead Qualifier (Level 1) – On-site

About the role

The Sales Lead Qualifier (SLQ) team is the first point of contact for every potential car buyer at Nuff Car. In this entry‑level position you will guide prospects through the early steps of vehicle financing, assess eligibility, collect required documents and help them understand their options before passing them to closing representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage new leads across all channels (calls, WhatsApp, DMs) as soon as interest is shown.
• Set up each client in the messaging system and ensure qualification data is captured.
• Confirm vehicle interest and applicable rates from the inventory sheet.
• Coordinate document collection, prepare PDFs, and store them in the client folder.
• Log qualified applicants into the CRM and trigger the invoicing process.
• Provide proforma invoices and valuations for clients arranging their own bank financing.
• Follow up regularly with lenders and clients via all communication channels.
• Refer approved cases to the supervisor and keep the system updated at every stage.

Required profile

• Minimum Associate’s Degree.
• Strong communicator, confident on the phone and clear in writing.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with excellent data‑entry habits.
• Comfortable using technology such as CRM systems, messaging platforms and cloud document tools.
• Persistent, proactive and able to chase follow‑ups without prompting.
• Customer‑first attitude; calm and reassuring with first‑time buyers.
• Prior experience in sales, lead qualification, lending or customer service is a plus.
