Sales Readiness Specialist

About the role

The Sales Readiness Specialist will ensure that sales teams across the organization are fully prepared for new product launches, service enhancements, and strategic initiatives. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner with Sales Readiness Managers and multiple business functions to create and deliver accurate, timely readiness materials.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of sales readiness initiatives for product launches, offer changes, system enhancements, and process updates.
• Support project planning by tracking milestones, documenting action items, identifying risks, and ensuring on‑schedule delivery.
• Develop and maintain launch guides, job aids, FAQs, presentations, and operational playbooks.
• Partner with Training, Communications, Product, Sales Operations, Marketing, Compensation, Reporting, and Technology teams to gather information and align materials with business requirements.
• Assist in creating and delivering presentations for frontline sales teams, leadership meetings, roadshows, and virtual learning sessions.
• Monitor launch readiness, provide post‑launch support, document lessons learned, and recommend process improvements.
• Build deep subject‑matter expertise in products, services, offers, and sales processes to support frontline success.
• Maintain readiness trackers, dashboards, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed.
• Analyze feedback to identify knowledge gaps and continuous‑improvement opportunities.
