About the role

We are looking for a skilled communicator with strong listening abilities and a passion for supporting others to join PTS Marketing as a Sales Specialist. In this remote, performance‑based role you will be the voice of our brand, connecting with potential clients, pitching services and guiding them toward results‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to inbound leads and prospects
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify needs
• Present PTS solutions with confidence and clarity
• Track and manage the sales pipeline
• Hit conversion and outreach KPIs
• Collaborate with marketing for follow‑ups

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Experience in B2B or service sales is a plus
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven
• Familiar with CRM tools and WhatsApp follow‑up
• Friendly, professional, and consistent
