Sales Support Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to provide technical assistance and support to customers, internal teams, and stakeholders within the manufacturing and construction sectors. The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of electrical engineering and will help resolve technical issues related to our electrical products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance to customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues.
• Provide guidance on the use and installation of electrical products.
• Support the sales process by preparing technical documentation and product specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate information flow.
• Maintain records of technical queries and solutions.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
• Familiarity with electrical technology and related products.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience or interest in the manufacturing and construction environment.
