Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager – Technology & Transformation

About the role

You will play an integral role in shaping and delivering transformative, client‑centric solutions across a variety of markets and industries. The position involves working on digital transformation initiatives and business process re‑engineering while owning the full engagement life‑cycle from planning through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan and support execution of engagements focused on enterprise content management, business process re‑engineering and digital transformation.
• Leverage modern tools and technologies to help clients navigate uncertainty and address complex cyber‑environment challenges.
• Develop and mentor junior team members to ensure service excellence.
• Participate in well‑being, sustainability and community initiatives aligned with Deloitte’s Shared Values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Internationally recognised professional designation completed or near‑completed (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ISO).
• 3‑4 years progressive experience in enterprise content management and/or digital transformation initiatives, including business process re‑engineering.
• Proven project‑management experience leading engagements or components, with mentoring and coaching responsibilities.
