Senior Content Creator – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Content Creator to join our in‑house digital agency and help tell the story of our luxury hotels, resorts and vacation clubs. The role will lead the planning, shooting and editing of visual content that showcases authentic guest experiences and brand moments across our digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and execute photography and video shoots at hotel and resort locations, including special events, weddings and brand activations.
• Capture high‑quality images and footage while adhering to each brand’s visual standards.
• Edit photos, Reels, TikToks, Stories and other short‑form videos for social media and website use.
• Develop creative concepts, visual storyboards and content proposals aligned with brand strategy.
• Coordinate pre‑production meetings with Operations teams and manage on‑site logistics.
• Work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to cover time‑sensitive events.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating visual content for luxury hospitality or similar high‑end brands.
• Strong storytelling ability and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
