About the role

Codeword is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Media & Content Creator to lead the strategic and creative development of integrated social campaigns for deep‑tech B2B clients. You will partner with clients and cross‑functional teams to translate complex technology topics into engaging, platform‑native content that drives audience interaction and measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated social media assets and campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with strategy, copy, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
• Create platform‑native copy, advise on visual formats, and manage daily publishing.
• Own community management, moderation, and audience interaction for high‑volume channels.
• Analyze social performance metrics and refine content formats, cadence, and audience strategy.
• Tailor distinct brand voices for diverse accounts, ranging from authoritative corporate to technical dialogue.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on experience leading audience‑first social content for B2B tech clients.
• Proven ability to humanize complex subjects such as frontier tech and cybersecurity.
• Proactive, organized leader comfortable onboarding quickly and partnering with creative teams.
• Experienced community manager and brand steward with a track record of daily audience engagement.
• Data‑informed creator fluent in social analytics and performance metrics.
• Deep enthusiasm for tech innovation and a strong online presence.
