About the role

Metasoft is seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Closer to expand funding opportunities for nonprofit organizations across the United States. This fully remote, high‑volume outbound position blends inbound appointment flow with proactive prospecting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to decision‑makers, qualify prospects, and lead online presentations.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, handling objections and closing new business.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline from first conversation through contract signing.
• Collaborate with executive directors, fundraising leaders, and board members in a fast‑paced sales cycle.

Required profile

• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong phone and video selling confidence.
• Excellent discovery, presentation, objection‑handling, and closing abilities.
• Resilient, coachable, and motivated by performance‑based earnings.
• Genuine interest in helping nonprofits increase impact.
