Store Supervisor

About the role

The Store Supervisor supports daily store operations, ensuring targets are met and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy staff across the store, manage break times and ensure floor coverage.
• Handle customer queries, phone calls, and resolve issues when no manager is present.
• Observe cashiers, perform reconciliations, lodgements and cash balancing.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety procedures and assist with opening and closing.
• Manage stock: order goods, monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries and ensure timely distribution to the shop floor.
• Create staff schedules, supervise the storeroom and conduct stock‑taking exercises.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in retail.
• High integrity, credibility and confidentiality.
• First degree in management studies is an asset.
