Sales Consultant – Power Generation Solutions

About the role

IMCA Jamaica is seeking a Sales Consultant to join its Electric Power Generation (EPG) team. You will be responsible for selling and supporting electrical and mechanical power systems, guiding customers from the initial visit through installation and post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate power generation solutions.
• Attract new customers and create business opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain the sales funnel and update customer information in the “Sales Link” system.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to prepare quotes.
• Oversee equipment installation and provide post‑sale support.

Required profile

• College diploma.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in technical or industrial sales.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capability to analyze complex situations and devise practical solutions.
