About the role

AZKAIT is looking for a bilingual Level 1 Technical Support professional to join its team in Kingston, Jamaica. You will provide first‑line assistance to end‑users, handling hardware and software issues in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 8‑am to 5‑pm, Monday‑Friday on‑site support for end‑users.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks for desktops and peripherals.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing platforms following ITSM best practices.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and email.
• Support Windows desktop operating systems and troubleshoot basic networking and internet connectivity issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in help‑desk or on‑site IT support.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (100%).
• University, technical or TSU degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Legal residency in Jamaica.
