Store Delivery Driver II – May Pen

About the role

This position supports wholesale and retail customers by delivering Sherwin‑Williams products safely and on time from store locations. The driver will interact with customers, handle cash and payment methods, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers using company vans or pickup trucks, adhering to assigned routes and schedules.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and recommend appropriate paint and coating solutions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Load, transport, and unload items safely; maintain vehicle condition and report service needs.
• Prepare delivery reports and related documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum age 21 and legally authorized to work in Jamaica.
• Valid, unrestricted Class C (Open‑General) driver’s license for manual‑transmission trucks (5,000–8,000 kg).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb frequently and up to 100 lb occasionally.
• High school diploma or GED; at least one year of delivery, retail, or customer‑service experience preferred.
