Technical Services Projects Manager

About the role

The Technical Services Projects Manager will lead the design, planning, coordination and execution of HVAC technical service projects for Aleabra Brands Ltd’s PROHVAC division. Based in Kingston with island‑wide travel, the role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules, budgets and resources for HVAC design, installation and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with expeditors, suppliers and logistics teams to secure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Monitor inspections, quality checks and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports and cost tracking.
• Resolve technical and operational issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, internal teams and external partners.
• Support continuous improvement of project processes and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project leadership, coordination, expediting and quality control within construction or HVAC environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, building services or mechanical engineering.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends, travel island‑wide and own a motor vehicle.
