UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to create intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences for our products. This fully remote role involves collaborating with product managers, developers, and visual designers to turn research insights into clear, functional designs that delight users.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
• Translate research findings into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups that communicate design intent.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, including UI components, patterns, and style guidelines, to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Partner with developers throughout the implementation phase, providing design specifications, assets, and clarifications to guarantee accurate execution.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, analytics, and real‑world usage data, continuously improving the user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio that showcases end‑to‑end UX projects, from research to final visual design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
