Young Graduate Program – Hospitality Management (Jamaica)

About the role

We are launching the second edition of our Young Graduate Program at Iberostar Beachfront Resorts in Jamaica. This 12‑month, hands‑on development journey is designed to fast‑track recent graduates into hospitality leadership, offering rotations across core operational areas and a final project with real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Complete intensive rotations in Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and Management.
• Choose a specialization after the rotation phase to deepen expertise.
• Develop and deliver a cap‑stone project that contributes to the resort’s performance.
• Participate in regular evaluations, receive constructive feedback, and benefit from dedicated mentoring.

Required profile

• University degree (maximum 3 years since graduation) in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to relocate to Jamaica.
• Advanced English (B2‑C1); additional languages are an asset.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with emerging leadership potential.
