Account Management Manager

About the role

Sutherland Digital Outcomes is seeking an Account Management Manager to strengthen client relationships and drive operational excellence. In this role you will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand needs, resolve issues and deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members, ensuring needs are understood and expectations met.
• Develop and implement solid strategies based on data reports and analysis to improve the bottom line.
• Recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency and ease of operations.
• Oversee performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction and uphold Sutherland’s reputation.
• Identify training needs and equip staff with essential skills and knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of operations and management experience, including process transformation.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, spot trends and suggest improvements.
• Demonstrated leadership capability to drive improvements and resolve issues.
• Effective time‑management skills to handle multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
