Accounting Services Associate III

About the role

Conduent is seeking an Accounting Services Associate III to support mission‑critical financial processes for Fortune 100 clients and government entities. The role involves handling journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and intercompany processes while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts and sub‑ledgers with the general ledger.
• Finalize intercompany reconciliation and coordinate with accounts payable and business partners.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support project tracking and reporting.
• Ensure the integrity of the Report‑to‑Record process and assign unreconciled items for review.
• Provide real‑time accuracy suggestions, feedback on errors, and training as needed.
• Perform additional duties and comply with all company policies and standards.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision while following established procedures.
