B2B Appointment Setting Representative

About the role

The Sauce BPO is looking for a full-time B2B Appointment Setting Representative to help grow its business in the logistics industry by connecting fleets with the talent they need. The role is remote and focuses on businesses in Florida and California. Part-time or full-time availability is considered.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact businesses that could need CDL Class A drivers.
• Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email and company-approved channels.
• Speak with business owners, fleet managers, operations leaders and HR teams, and ask about their driver hiring needs.
• Explain the recruiting services, process, pricing and agreement terms accurately.
• Follow the approved sales process and service guidelines, and manage conversations from first contact through a signed agreement.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups and appointments, and follow up professionally with interested prospects.
• Coordinate with the recruiting team once a prospect signs for a video meeting with the boss.

Required profile

• Fluent English.
• Proficiency in appointment management; potential to develop in sales, business development and B2B sales.
• Preferred: experience in business development, B2B sales, high-ticket sales, staffing/recruiting sales, or transportation, trucking, freight or logistics.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working independently in a remote environment.
