About the role
Join an exciting hospitality environment where you will engage with hotel guests, qualify prospects, and present the benefits of a Vacation Club. This role focuses on delivering excellent guest service while driving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with hotel guests and qualify prospects according to established criteria.
- Present Vacation Club benefits in a clear, professional, and engaging manner.
- Schedule sales presentation appointments and follow up with prospective members.
- Assist guests with hotel information, services, and the Royalton app.
- Manage guest invitations, pre‑manifests, and prospect information in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly booking targets and effective show‑rate goals.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service and sales orientation with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to handle objections and engage confidently with guests.
- Results‑driven mindset and commitment to achieving targets.
