Customer Care - Travel and Transportation

About the role

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Montego Bay office and handle inbound calls for a transportation company. The role involves assisting customers with dispatching, billing, contract renewals and other travel‑related inquiries while providing a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Listen actively to customers, gather information, research and resolve inquiries while logging calls.
• Communicate resolutions promptly and professionally.
• Prepare responses using pre‑determined scripts and procedures.
• Use tools and resources to discover solutions and address customer problems.
• Assess customer needs and inform them of suitable services.
• Navigate multiple computer applications quickly and accurately.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years old with Secondary School Leaving Certificate, HEART Level II or 3 CSEC subjects.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in BPO or call centre.
• Strong verbal communication and a customer‑focused attitude.
• High computer proficiency and overall technical knowledge.
• Professional, positive attitude with courteous telephone etiquette.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays for a 24/7 operation.
