Customer Host – Retail Sales Associate (8‑hour shift)

About the role

White Stuff is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Host to join its retail team on an 8‑hour shift basis. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering a memorable shopping experience and supporting the store’s visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, inspiring, and invaluable service throughout the customer journey.
• Use the mobile point of sale (mPOS) system to showcase multichannel product availability and create endless‑aisle orders.
• Promote email newsletters, tag purchases to customer profiles, and issue e‑receipts in line with data‑protection rules.
• Maintain high visual standards, assist with floor moves, mannequin and window displays, and ensure product replenishment.
• Process deliveries efficiently, support stock‑take activities, and manage Click + Collect and ship‑from‑store orders.
• Engage customers with brand events, preview evenings, and product knowledge.
• Adhere to health & safety procedures and support team briefings.

• Willingness to work weekends and adapt to store needs.

Required skills
