Customer Service Agent – Airport Airline

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our airport airline team. The role involves direct interaction with passengers, providing high‑quality assistance throughout the travel journey and ensuring a smooth, pleasant experience at the airport.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with quoting airfares, checking schedules, booking reservations and issuing tickets.
• Handle baggage tagging, flight check‑in, and resolve complex travel itineraries.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including passport and visa verification.
• Communicate professionally via radio, fax, and telephone, and coordinate with colleagues as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming and uniform policies.
• Work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays and weekends, and be available for additional hours during irregular operations.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Well‑organized, dependable, punctual and reliable.
• Physically able to stand, lift, bend, push and pull for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and respond to short‑notice staffing needs.
