Group Security Supervisor – Investigations

About the role

The Group Security Supervisor – Investigations will analyse the Group’s Fraud Reporting Portal, monitor and review cases, and lead investigations into alleged fraud or misappropriation of funds. This role supports the security operations team and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and resolve incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse fraud reports through the portal, monitor, review and assign closed and escalated cases.
• Conduct preliminary investigations into escalated fraud cases and request statements from affected parties.
• Assist in resolving queries from internal and external parties and coordinate anti‑fraud and security workshop training sessions.
• Prepare police statements and support the preparation of court‑required documents.
• Produce quarterly reports on fraud activity and perform other duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Audit, Law or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of investigative experience in security, law enforcement or audit.
• Thorough knowledge of the Group’s policies, procedures, products and services.
• Sound understanding of security systems and basic investigative techniques.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrated leadership and human‑relations abilities.
• Proficiency with computer software packages such as word processing and spreadsheet applications.
