Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and service‑oriented Guest Experience Specialist to assist clients with planning details, reservations, questions, and service requests. The role focuses on delivering a positive experience through clear communication, careful coordination, and dependable follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation and related services.
• Assist with reservations, service coordination and provide confirmations, updates and relevant information.
• Review details for accuracy, handle modifications and special requests.
• Maintain organized client records and follow up on pending requests.
• Coordinate with service providers when additional assistance is needed.
• Address client questions and provide solutions throughout the experience.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Comfortable using email and digital platforms.
• Problem‑solving and follow‑up abilities.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations or guest‑service experience is helpful but not required.
