About the role

We are seeking a friendly, service‑oriented Guest Experience Specialist to assist clients with planning details, reservations, questions, and service requests. The role focuses on delivering a positive experience through clear communication, careful coordination, and dependable follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation and related services.
• Assist with reservations, service coordination and provide confirmations, updates and relevant information.
• Maintain organized client records, follow up on pending requests and coordinate with service providers as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with good organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, priorities and use email/digital platforms.
