Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, service‑oriented Guest Experience Specialist to assist clients with planning details, reservations, questions, and service requests. The role focuses on delivering a positive experience through clear communication, careful coordination, and dependable follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation and related services
• Assist with reservations and service coordination, providing confirmations and updates
• Review details for accuracy and handle modifications or special requests
• Maintain organized client records and follow up on pending requests
• Coordinate with service providers when additional assistance is required
• Address client questions and provide solutions throughout the experience

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer‑service mindset
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
• Comfortable using email and digital platforms
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations or guest‑service is helpful but not required
