Learning & Development Administration (Compliance) Officer

About the role

The Learning & Development Administration (Compliance) Officer will support KPMG Jamaica’s extended support services by ensuring that all Continuing Professional Education (CPE) courses and credits comply with NASBA standards and internal policies. This role works closely with the client’s Learning & Development team to maintain accurate reporting and audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly CPE compliance audits on KPMG‑sponsored courses and external learning requests.
• Review course documentation for adherence to NASBA standards and client policies.
• Validate the accuracy of CPE credits recorded in the Learning Management System.
• Track audit findings and recommend process improvements.
• Support the IRS continuing education sponsorship process, including generating formatted completion reports.
• Research and respond to inquiries from Enrolled Agents regarding credit reconciliation.
• Produce weekly control reports and monthly Go‑Live reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least one year of experience in a professional setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Tech‑savvy with a willingness to learn new business systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
