Loan Processor

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Loan Processor to join our fast‑growing credit risk team. In this position you will evaluate loan applications for small and medium‑sized businesses, using our proprietary underwriting platform to determine creditworthiness and support funding decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming loan applications through proprietary software and capture relevant credit data.
• Review credit reports (FICO, LexisNexis) and bank statements to assess personal and business credit.
• Document findings and recommendations clearly for underwriters and sales agents.
• Communicate assessment results verbally and in writing to internal teams.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in credit risk, underwriting, or a similar role, preferably with an MCA funder or small‑business lender.
• Strong work ethic, ability to follow directions, multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and professional conduct.
