Maintenance Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our Engineering Stores team. In this position you will plan, prepare and schedule maintenance work to improve equipment reliability, maximise plant availability and minimise unplanned downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Create, prepare and schedule maintenance work orders ensuring they are completed safely, on time and in full (OTIF).
• Review and prioritise work requests based on risk, equipment criticality and reliability data.
• Define scope, tasks, resources, materials and tools for each work order.
• Coordinate with Spare Parts, Storekeeping, Procurement and Maintenance Execution teams to secure required parts and tools.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS and support preventive maintenance planning.
• Contribute to maintenance budgeting, TPM initiatives and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, operations or a reliability‑focused role.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams such as Maintenance, Production, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Familiarity with TPM, reliability or continuous‑improvement practices is an asset.

Required skills

• Experience using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or similar planning software.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities, with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer and data‑handling skills.
