Manager, Cadastral Surveys

About the role

The Manager of Cadastral Surveys will lead the establishment and maintenance of legal boundaries for all government administrative areas, supporting the Land Registration System and the creation of a comprehensive cadastral map of the island.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain legal boundaries in accordance with the Land Surveyors Act.
• Support the Land Registration System through accurate cadastral data.
• Oversee the preparation of a comprehensive cadastral map of the island.
• Supervise survey teams and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Required profile

• Land Surveyors’ Commission and Land Surveyors’ Practicing Certificate.
• First degree in Land Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum five (5) years of related experience, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role.
• Certificate in Supervisory Management.
