Map Maintenance Technician (3 Vacancies)

About the role

The National Land Agency is seeking three Map Maintenance Technicians to maintain and update the cadastral index. This role supports the daily operations of the Land Titles, Estate Management and Land Valuation divisions by ensuring accurate mapping information.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the cadastral index to improve data quality.
• Perform mapping‑related activities and produce accurate cartographic outputs.
• Assist Land Titles, Estate Management and Land Valuation teams with up‑to‑date spatial information.
• Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure consistency across GIS databases.

Required profile

• Certificate in an Earth‑Related Science programme or Drafting Technology, or a minimum of five CSEC subjects including Mathematics, English and Technical Drawing.
• Experience in mapping‑related activities.
• Ability to work accurately with technical drawing and spatial data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with GIS applications.

What we offer

• Salary range Level 4: JMD 1,711,060 – JMD 2,301,185 per annum.
